Hi guys,
I just opened my shop and attempted to create a new page. However, when I open to view the live page I get the message "No products found Use fewer filters or clear all". Once I click clear all my products show up. How do I fix this as potential customers would land on an empty page? Thanks a lot

Hi there,
I think its because on the navigation item you have selected multiple tags, so it tries to filter on those tags.
If you go to Navigation and remove them it should work fine.

So guess what I figured it out.
Basically what you have to do is click on online store
- than there is a tab called navigation
- there is than menu items
- select the one you are having problems with and than third tab says filter make sure to clear out all of those tags and keep only one tag.
And that's it 🙂

Hello I was facing the saving problem so if you locate the page that the products are showing up under in navigation then click that page and remove and tabs/
Only put tabs for the collection and your products should show up again.
I had the same issue and i managed to find a solution but i forgot what i did to make it work. Now the issue came back and even when i click on "Remove all" my products dont show up. I have no tags at all on all my products. https://vinn-ai.myshopify.com/

I was facing the same issue, I was selected the sales channel. kindly remove the sales channel from the products. your issue will be resolved. thanks

Hey Mate. I had the same issue but i fix it successfully. The things you have to fix it
Firstly, Click on Online Store, Navigation, then click on Main Menu, Now click on 'EDIT' and remove tags you given on 'Filter collection with tags (optional)'. Remember,do the same procedure for every menu.
Secondly, clear browsing data of google. Click on three Dots on top right side, click on More Tools and then clear browsing data.

Hi Woke Brigade or any other user dealing with this issue
Yes I have had the error message of
on my collections page.
So after three days of headaches and researching the likely cause I have figure out the cause
1. Make sure the tag on your product matches the tag on the collection auto tag feature
2. Make sure the product is Active not in Draft mode
3. The sales channel MAKE SURE the sales channel is ONLINE is ticked in Product Page
4. The market is correct like for your country (if international check this setting as well)
Point three is what was causing my issue !!
It will show the product up on your shopify admin under collections but if Online is not ticked in the product page you do not see it in the live web site
and you get
if all your products have this missing use the bulk editor and in the column tab add the sales channel online and then drag the mouse down to select all rows and alter the setting in bulk
