Parallax in the Image with text overlay

Hello, I'm new here. 

I would like to have parallax effect in the Image with text overlay and also in the page About Us please.

Hi, unfortunately that didn't work. Instead, it made the image with text overlay to look blurry from the phone view. So I have deleted that code to make the website come back to normality. 

When I go to edit code, Asset, I have these settings: theme.css or theme.js (among others, but these two are the most similar to the one you mentioned) 

This means that I don't have that configuration you talked about "theme.scss.liquid" within the Asset folder.
