Password page not updating

Hi everyone! 
move updated the text on my password page to say

‘Sorry, the website is closed this week while we work on releasing the new collection for Autumn/Winter!

We'll be re-opening at 6pm (BST) on Monday 25th October. In the meantime, if you have any questions please email us at nhbyhand@gmail.com or send us a message on Instagram @nhbyhand
Thank you for your patience!’

but it’s not updating when I click save, and is still showing the old message from my previous collection launch for Spring summer. 

I went to online store>preferences>message to visitors>save 

Is there something I’m missing?

Hi, @natashah1234.

Thanks for your message, I would be happy to help you out with this. You would have to change your password page information within your theme settings, this is where you would have originally changed said message. If you head to Online Store>Themes>Customize and click Others>Password from the drop-down menu, you will be able to edit this message:



Once you update the message and save it from this customization area, refresh your page and your password page information should be changed!

Hey! Thank you for replying, unfortunately when I go to this page I only have the option to change the photo, not the message? It seems as though I can only do this in my preferences

It’s there now! My apologies, the option wasn’t there this morning  but I seem to have done it now
