How can I change the background color to black on Minimal theme password page?

Hello,

My name is Tracy and my website is www.simplydesignedbytracy.com ... I was able to remove the background image on the password page but now I can't find where I can change the background color to black. Also, if possible, I wanted to keep the font color white.
