Paypal button hiding in the Cart page

Hi brain trusts,

The Paypal button has disappeared from our cart page and it's showing as a 'blank' button instead - it is however showing at Checkout as a payment option. The website is spritznco.com.au

I can't find where it is 'hiding' to save my life... or where the 'Cleanslate' code is, if that's what's hiding it. Please help!

The theme is up to date.
