PDF embed not working on mobile browsers - How?

This is the url. It seems that the website can show the pdf on desktop-based browsers but not mobile-based. 

I saw from some online resources that mobile browsers were changed by google to NOT show pdf. What can I do? 

Here's the url. Any help is welcome. I just want to be able to show my deck on mobiles in the most normal way. (no need for users to download)

@Hey_Chips  you read it right, pdf is not shown on mobile google chrome, it needs to be downloaded
