picture instead of text on color variants?

Hi!

Is there anyone here who knows if its possible to get pictures instead of text on color variants in dawn theme, like in the example pictures below? Both in the preview picture of the product but also on product page

Great. I was able to implement something like this on dawn and probably any other free theme. Check This site for which i worked using trade theme
