Placing Pop Up Code on my Shopify Store

Hello, I have pop up code for my newsletter sign up I want to appear on my home page from Zoho that syncs with my CRM. I have no idea where to place the code. Any help on where to place it? Zoho referred me to Shopify. Shopify referred me to Zoho. I just need to know where to place the code. Thanks for any help you could give.
