PLEASE HELP! Collage Video in Dawn Theme

Is there any way to embed a video when choosing "collage" in the add section of the homepage.  It's frustrating that youtube and vimeo are the only options.  I want to be able to use an mp4 video that I personally created to use for any sections where you can add a video.

Please help me!
