Please help! I want to add delivery text to my product page

I’m wanting to add a container to my theme that has 

free delivery over £35

14 day returns

please see our delivery and returns policy here …….

I want it adding to the product page just below the add to cart etc buttons. Like the image attached. 

any help would be greatly appreciated.
