Please help me edit my newsletter notification

Hello,

I have a newsletter field in the footer of my homepage. When an email address is entered, it displays "Thank you for subscribing!" 
I would like to add the following to this notification: "Use the code FOD15 at checkout for 15% off"

I looked for "Thank you for subscribing" using the search option in footer.liquid but I couldn't find it there.

Can you tell me where it is located, then maybe I can just add this additional sentence myself.

It is called a Translation key.

You can edit it in language editor.
