Please Help! Mobile version looks bad compared to desktop

Hello, 

I am needing help with my mobile layout. I just bought a new theme to change up my look and feel of my website. On my new theme my mobile view doesn't look good and is suited only for desktop. Can you help me with this? 

Also on my current theme I had the product review plug in. Can I transfer those reviews to my new theme?

No I didn’t edit the code. This theme came like this with not mobile extension.

Can you please explain how to transfer reviews to my new theme?

For my theme I am using Grid. 

The plug in I am using for my reviews is called "Product Reviews". It has a white star with yellow around it.
