Policy page headers

Hey team, 

The headers on my policy pages are transparent and I'm looking to make them black. I intentionally have other page headers transparent so I don't want to accidentally modify those in the process.

If anyone knows how to fix this that would be awesome!

I forgot to mention for mobile. On desktop they are, but mobile they are not.
