Pop up notification, not cart drawer - Broadcast theme

Hi, I am using the Broadcast theme and I am only finding the option to have a cart drawer or have it go to the full shopping bag if a product is added. I was trying to have a small pop up notification - which I've seen is an option on other themes. Is this possible to do with the Broadcast theme? Preferably without an app 🙂 Thanks so much!
