Positioning blocks in footer of Dawn theme

I would really appreciate some help as I am new to Shopify and finding my way around.  So I have been experimenting on a development site.

I have added an image block, 2 menu blocks and a text block in the footer.  In addition to that, email signup and social media icons are also turned on in the footer.

I would like it such that the 2 menu blocks are below the image and horizontally aligned together with the email signup similar to the image below.  With the text block across the footer at the bottom.  Not too worried about the social icons at this point.

I am aware that we may not be able to achieve the same look but any pointers as to how to go about this will be much appreciated.  I have tried a multicolumn section but that's even more trouble to add custom blocks.
