Prestige theme - change newsletter in the footer

hi all, i have downloaded the latest prestige version and am editing the new website (www.jickie.co). I would like to be able to have my newsletter as one of the columns in the footer. Does anyone know how to do that ? see screenshot attached

Use the theme editor to add a Newsletter block inside the Footer section

How do I add a piece of code to the footer that allows us to display the omnisend newsletter form? I can't get it to display.
