Prestige theme header isnt sticky at all although it is on the option

So im using a prestige theme for my website and my header option says 'sticky' but somehow i have no idea its not sticky at all.. around an half hour ago it was still sticky until i changed the header color somehow it turned out to be not sticky i have no idea anyone ?
