prestige theme - how I can turn component in this way?

Hello I'm working on Prestige Theme and I would like customize a component like the attachment file.

3 images and text under the image - also I would like to have the title on the right.

I would like to know how I can have the same setup, the image that I attached is made also with Prestige Theme.
