Prestige - Updating Theme Colors and Certain Areas Won't Update

Hi. I am making color/font updates to my theme. It seems like everything that is in a "block" on my homepage doesn't update. For instance, my "Featured Collection" block, the product descriptions updated but the title and shop buttons are all the old colors. This is also the issue with my top header and sticky footer. I completely removed the burgundy color from my theme yet, it stays. 

You can see in my screenshots the burgundy and titles that don't match my updates. Thanks.
