Preview home page name bug? How to edit?

Hello,

I'm trying to change the preview text when posting on social. We are selling a book, and this the previous title of the book. I have checked every setting and no where can I find the old title (as below) it only appears when sharing the link library-street.com

I have checked SEO title settings, Product settings etc. and am at a loss as I can't find the 'The zen of branding' anywhere in any settings, so I don't know how to change it.

Any help appreciated!
