problem occurring when changing any thing on my shopify theme

when ever i try to change any thing on my shopify theme it always shows:

"Setting 'maxwidth' must be a valid number"

and nothing changes and appears in a red box.

Hi Abdul, 

Could you show the Theme Editor sidebar settings on the component you are selected on please. 

It may be that a Width or Max Width field in your theme editor has been incorrectly set causing these issues.
