Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
I saw this was already answered for other themes, but wasn't able to get the solution to work for the Champion theme.

I'm seeing white spaces when uploading my own product images. I have tried different uploading methods along with cropping and resizing images.
@TerminalBrew - can you please share your page link?

The pictures show up find when displayed on the site, but they show up with white space above and below when the products are synced to sales channels.
This image with white space is what shows on the media section of the product page in shopify as well.
@TerminalBrew - check this image, it has a lot of white space around the actual image, please crop that and then white space will be reduced
That's not the image type I was having issues with. It's the 2nd picture option. I previously tried cropping the image with no success as well.
@TerminalBrew - second image looks fine
Correct. It looks fine on the website, but since the image is resized, or whatever happens when it is uploaded to shopify, it shows white space above and below on marketing platforms when synced.
When looking that the image from the media section in shopify I see the image with the white space, but it appears normal on the actual web page. I'm trying to figure out why the whitespace is added to the images I'm uploading. Not trying to fix a presentation issue on the site.
@TerminalBrew - may adding margin-adding when you synch it with marketing platform
Maybe, but like I mentioned before a couple times, when I'm logged into shopify and look at the product images I see the white space on the product images, and that is what is synced. So I imagine nothing is being added by the other platforms since the image I see on shopify admin is what I see on the other platforms.
It looks like the margins are removed on the webpage by shopify, but that does not happen on the other platforms. Any idea how I can remove those margins on shopify?
I found a workaround for now using canva. Would still like to figure out a way to change this in shopify though.
