Product images not showing

Hi, 

My site only shows the images of the first variant (which is selected already when opening the product page?) and the shared images. the other images (which i also linked to another variant) are only showing when you click on that variant. This, however, is not the intention? I want all images to show when opening a product page and no variant to be selected (yet) until the client clicks on it. Only then i want the connected image to show, but i still want to keep the other images shown when scrolling. 

Can someone help me with this? Thanks for your time

Need to know what theme you are using. All you need to do may be uncheck a checkbox.
