Product info sticky pop up

Hi I would like to have a similar product info pop up that scrolls and then stays at the bottom of the page like on this site: https://www.phoebephilo.com/en_gb/oversized-trousers-steel-grey-pinstripe-wool

I would like the box to be the same size as the reference if possible

Yes sticky information on PDP page is possible with custom code to the theme using code default code but it is tricky part as you need to have coding knowledge.

The code is complex and can't be shared here, also integrating yourself would break the theme. Please seek help of developer to code this in the theme at reasonable cost.
