Product Metafields & Dynamic Source in Collapsible Row not working

I'm trying to add product details using collapsible rows, but it's not working.

I’ve set up the Metafields and followed instructions, but the fields don’t appear in the theme editor.

It seems the Metafields showing are from Pages, not Products. I tried creating them under Products as advised, but they still don’t show up when I preview or simulate the changes.

Any ideas what I might be missing?

Everything seems fine. 

btw maybe there is a chance that this collapsible row is specifically to display the page content only.
I suggest reading the theme documentation for further clarification.
