Product Metafields now showing up in collection page

hi all,

I am trying to build a "material" metafield on my collection page by using the copy of my current scheme in the library

First, I am now trying to test that I am writing the codes in the right place in "card_product.liquid" for one of my product

I add the codes:

Test
{{card_product.metafields.custom.material_material}}

However, in collection page, only "Test" is showing up. The material metafield is not showing up in the next line.

Can anyone help?

Try adding 

{{card_product.metafields.custom.material_material.value }}
