Product page thumbnails open on full page | Debut theme

Hi - 

For the last few days, when I click on a product image within any product page, this image opens on a full page instead of just showing dynamically on the image section of the page. I'm using Debut theme.

This is one of the product pages: https://www.catalanwords.com/collections/paraules/products/samarreta-estimat-blanca

Is there anything I can do to solve this? It really brings bad UX.

I appreciate the context that you have shared as that is super helpful! I did notice when I attempt to select on another product image, it does pull up a full view of the image. By default, the Debut theme should change the image for the customer without pulling up the full view. Did you make any changes to the coding of the theme?

Since the Debut theme is designed and supported by Shopify, we can use free design time for Shopify themes to allow our internal themes team to make the coding changes on your behalf. If you are interested in using design time, you will need to login to your store using our Contact Us page. Once you are successfully logged in, you will have the option to speak with a Support Advisor about the product images.

Did you happen to get to chat with a Support Advisor, by any chance? I just wanted to confirm that you are getting the support you are looking for.

If you are having trouble with getting to our live chat support, I would suggest attempting to clear the cache on your browser and attempting the action once again.
