My tab name is the full collection. When you click it says products, how can I change the name to the full collection? This is the dawn theme.

Hi @Yazo 

You can do that from your store admin > Online Store > Themes > in the current theme, click "..." > Edit default theme content, search "Products",  change the text under Page titles and Save the change.
