Product Review from vitals is stuck on an image with text

I imported reviews from vitals and used ECOM KINGS free theme. Just one problem, the review is on an image with text. Every product page has a different amount of reviews so this number changes and makes it look really weird being on the website. I need to remove it from the image with text but I don't see any ways to do so in vitals or on shopify unless I need specific coding to enter. Please help.
