Products and collection filter not showing when using the search feature (Capital theme)

When using the search bar and looking up something like "jordan" or anything else, no products or collection filter pop up.

I’m referring to when you search and press enter, the search result shows nothing

You can check your setting on Customize mode. Please navigate to Online Store > Themes > Customize your publish theme > Settings > and find Search page as below figure
