Products are displaying a different currency than the Shopping Cart

Hello,

I have only set up the market to target "Lebanon". The default currency is set to USD. If you visit the page in incognito mode, the site displays the products currency in USD, and the shopping cart currency in USD as intended. 

However, after I complete an order (cart -> checkout -> complete order), the currency of the products start displaying in the Local Currency. However the items in the Cart remain displaying in USD.

What I'm try to solve:
After placing an order, items in product card remain priced in dollars.


I am using "Dawn 13.0.1"
