products sold as groups

Hello,

I'm setting up a store and want products to be sold as a minimum of 5. The groupings for discounts will be 5-9, 10-14, 15 and above. With a max of 2 of the same product per bundle.

I want these three options to be what people click on in the shop, then directed to select which products they want to include in their bundle. I also need to restrict checkout until customers add the minimum required for their bundle, or a pop-up asking if they want to change their bundle size (eg if they selected the 10-14 bundle but chose 7 products)

I tried out bundler, but it doesn't seem to have the functionality that I need. 

Any advice?
