Proportionally resizing buttons for Debut theme

Hello. 

I want to proportionally resize the hero button for when the website is not fullscreen. When I looked up similar topics, it lead me to discussions about general button size, not proportional resizing. 

Website link is https://perfectexo.com/ This is how the website looks fullscreen.

And here is how it looks when not fullscreen. Mobile suffers similarly, with the button being too large or out of frame. I experimented to get the button to its current position, so any advice on how to do things differently is very much appreciated.

it's not possible to set proposal wish set button bcz your banner is resize as per device so can you please add a button on the banner

@Kevin_Maek - if you want then button positions can be adjusted, it will need separate coding for separate views

I'm aware of repositioning the buttons, but I was wondering if it was possible to both reposition and resize the button when the website tab changes size. 

If it can be coded separately for different views, is it possible to code for the tab at fullsize, medium, and small (mobile)?

you need to know media query css for it, if you know it then you can do
else you need to get help , I could have helped you but I am outside my
work place and will not be there till my evening few hours from now. If it
