Publisher Theme - Featured Collection Images Getting Bigger once Slider Activated

I am using Shopify Publisher theme 15.0

I noticed the product images are getting bigger if i set the maximum product to show for the Featured Collection to more than 6, i.e. 25. Is this a default setting to work in such a way or css issue? Can someone help me, please?
