Hello everyone,

I am not that technical and I think my clients arent either so I want to make something similar to this but have no idea how. Hoping some of you can guide me into the right direction.

I want to offer my clients a google review card like this business:

My question is: How do I create this registration process like this on my shopify store? Are there any apps for this?

If I would have this custom built for me, how much would that roughly cost?
