quantity bar change design

hi all looking to change my quantity bar from a drop down to a just one single button with a plus sign that you can just keep clicking to add instead of a dropdown can anyone help?

Is there anyway to get the + inside the button?

And a minus button? So inside the box on the left is a - then the number in the middle and a plus on the right?
