quantity selector for individual product page

I am using the Impulse theme. my URL is https://birdandtale.com/ . I sell both one off items and also made-to-order products.  I would like help with adding a quantity selector to one collection (https://birdandtale.com/collections/wallpaper), but do not want the selector to appear on any other products that exist in our other collections because they are not offered in multiples. I know this will take coding. I would be happy to do this if walked through it.
