+/- quantity selector on product page/cart on brooklyn theme

Hello,

we want to add +/- buttons on product page/cart , right now we can only see small arrows on product page on desktop but nothing on mobile so the customer has to click on the field, delete the quantity and then write how many they want which is a bit disturbing. Screenshot below
