Quantity selector on products in Symmetry

I can't seem to add the quantity selector on my product pages in Symmetry, there is no block to choose, similar to this thread:

Does anybody know a solution?

Dear, I checked the quantity on the frontend, but the code is not appearing. I’ll need to check the theme code once to see if it’s added or not.
