Quarter color swatches IOS

On some ios devices my custom added color swatches (to the product card) are rendered as quarter circles (also elements arent vertically centered) 

 I am very clueless as how to solve this. The css for the swatches sets the border radius to be half the element length so the background appers to be a circle. Please help !
