Quick Add Modal on Refresh Theme - stuck underneath header.

Why is the quick add modal stuck underneath the header? Anyone have any idea, can't figure this out!

The modal works fine unless the Header is in view, then the modal goes under the menu and the menu is frozen until I close the model.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
