Quiz Integration Into Header

I'm looking to integrate a quiz link into the header of my website. I want it to be easily accessible for visitors, similar to how other navigation links are displayed.

How is the quiz implemented? For example, with the POPSMASH quiz app you would either link directly to the quiz or embed it in a page and link to that page from the navigation like other links. I assume most quiz apps would work similarly.

There are 3 types of implementations with the app that I am using (Lantern). I can either create a popup, a seperate page, or integrate it. The issue is that if I want to integrate it, I can only add it as a seperate section/block on the page. However, I want there to be a link on the header from which they could access it.
