"Enter Password" Misaligned

Hey shopifiers! I added a code to center "Enter using a password" which worked. However, now when you go to enter the password it's all messed up and misaligned. Any chance of fixing this or is this just what happens when you want it to be center? Any help is GREATLY appreciated!!!
