"Online Store Editor Session Can't Be Published" when changing footer custom css

So I've been fighting to figure out how to get my Venue theme to allow me to change my store's copyright in the footer to show my company's LLC and not business name (because the editor, nor custom theme options menu has the footer edit field whatsoever) and have finally found a string of CSS that does exactly what I need, and I keep getting the message when attempting to save that the "online store editor session can't be published".

Can anyone please help me figure out what the deal is? It's imperative that I get this footer changed. Thanks in advance!
