"View All" button doesn't display more products in Impulse Theme

Impulse theme: https://43992b.myshopify.com.  I am trying to figure out what I've done wrong. The "View All" button used to work in my website and now it doesn't. I have a collection of 100 items and only the first 5 rows will show up, even when you click the "View All" button. It just refreshes the page and shows nothing more. I even tried a test page and it does it throughout the site, not just on one page. The two Are "Fusion Mineral Paint" page and then the other is under "Shop By" and the page is called "Test"

@pepperberries - i checked the code, that view all button is just a link to the same page, it will not load more products

Oh wow, thank you. How do I fix that? I didn't remember doing anything differently but it used to work just fine.

@pepperberries  are you using paid theme? if yes then please contact theme support about it

Yes, they say that it's 1-3 days reply and we are launching soon. This is why I chose "third party themes" as my label and wrote Impulse Theme in my title. I've seen plenty of people answer questions on Impulse theme questions? Sheesh...
