Re-Enter Email Id Box on Checkout Page using Code or Free App - to avoid customer making any mistake

Hi,

We are planning to ask user to enter the Email Id as contact on the Check Out page.

We do not use "require customer to login" option.

So, if the user makes a mistake when he enters the Email Id then we will not be able to contact the customer using email id.

So, we need to either verify the email id of the user by sending a code or at least we want to make the customer to enter the email id twice (not copy and paste) like enter email id then next line re-enter email id.

That way we are making sure he is not making any mistake in typing the email id.

Could you please tell me how we can achieve it by making change in the code, if not is there any app which can do this?
