Re. Product image variant display

Hi Guys

We run a  Fastor4.1 theme on our site and I am looking to limit the number of images that show under the main product image in the case where we have a large number of variants.

For products with up to four variants this is not a problem but anything more than four results in the images all being listed down the page (as per attached image). Is it possible for us to create an image carousel or just limit the number of displayed images to 4?
