Upsell Section In Cart Drawer

Hello,

How do I add an upsell section in the cart drawer without an app, and without having to share my store URL.

I am using the Dawn theme.

It only needs to work for a specific product ID, not a bunch of products. For example, if you add X to cart, it suggests Y to Bundle & Save. If you add anything other than X to cart, it doesn't need to suggest an upsell.
