Rearrange footer for website

Hi,

I am looking for help to rearrange my footer.

I am looking to have the email sign up link on the left, with social media icons below.

On the right side, I'd like to have the heading and quick links stacked.

The image below is a reference but I'd like the social media links right below the email link and more space between the email sign up link and the quick links.
