'Recently viewed and you may also like' sections be lost

Hi, I'm new to the theme and I'm having trouble with the 'Recently viewed' and 'You may also like' sections.

I've been playing around with the theme codes, but I accidentally deleted those sections from my page. I can't seem to get them back.

Could you please help me? Thanks...
